We use a private delivery company (courier) to deliver our products to the address the user/client has provided.
The cost for shipping within Attica is 3.00€ for up to 2kg and 1.00€ for each extra kg. The total weight of each order is calculated automatically. Delivery is made within three (3) working days starting the day following the order unless stated otherwise on each product’s page. cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of the package (by the delivery company).
Upon receiving the package, the user/client is obliged to check whether the delivered products are what was ordered and report any problems immediately. Return of products that are damaged or opened will not be accepted.
Tax is included in all of the stated prices. When your order is submitted, you automatically receive an e-mail with a full price analysis.
Paying on delivery costs 2.50€.

If a product you receive turns out to be broken or spoilt, we are here for you! In case you receive a problematic product, please contact us fast (within 15 days from delivery) so that we can take the necessary steps leading up to a full refund if you wish.

If the product is broken, please provide us with a photograph so that we can contact the delivery company. It is important that you keep the receipt.
